Warranty and servicing

• In the unlikely event of your Pristine Vinyl Cleaning Machine developing a fault, please contact Pristine Vinyl in the first instance.
• If the product has to be returned to Pristine Vinyl, please do not do so without first contacting us.
• If a product is returned to Pristine Vinyl and subsequently found to have no fault or a non-warranty fault, a minimum charge equal to the cost of one hour’s labour will be applied to inspect the product. Subsequent repair and/or return will also be chargeable.
• Proof of purchase is required for any claim covered by this warranty and is non-transferable.
• This registered product is warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship but does not cover issues arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.
• The warranty is void if any attempt has been made by persons unauthorised by Pristine Vinyl to dismantle, modify or repair any part of the product.
• Products must be returned using the original packaging. This warranty does not cover damage during transit.
• The warranty does not cover carriage to Pristine Vinyl.
• Returned products that are deemed to be covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Pristine Vinyl.
• Please allow a minimum of 28 days for warranty repairs.
• This warranty is not transferable.
• This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights. This warranty is only valid in the United Kingdom.
• Non cleaning machine related products purchased from Pristine Vinyl Ltd are subject to the same warranty conditions but do not require registration.  The warranty period for such products is six months from the date of purchase.
